Hello, I’m Alexandra.

I spent years trying to think my way through pain, or avoid it altogether. When I began meeting my experience with presence, curiousity and gentleness, and started making different choices from that place, things started to shift for me.

This is how I hold space for you: presence, compassion, and a deep respect for your process.

While our work together supports you with practical skills and guidance, I have no interest in ‘fixing’ who you are. My intention is to help you remember your wholeness, and learn to move through life with greater ease, self-trust, and love. It’s your birthright.
