My work focuses on helping you recover from a breakup with clarity, compassion, and grounded support. Instead of rushing you to move on, we slow down and make sense of what happened for you in the relationship. From there, we begin rebuilding your confidence, direction, and sense of possibility.
Breakups are painful, and they can also become powerful turning points. With the right support, this chapter of heartbreak can become the beginning of something deeper. A clearer sense of who you are, what you want, and how you want to love moving forward.
