
For over half a decade, I’ve immersed myself in inner work and transformation—training in shadow work, Conscious Relationship practices, and embodied self-exploration.
I’ve facilitated and supported women’s groups and shadow workshops, participated in countless personal growth workshops, and explored therapeutic modalities like narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, and cognitive-behavioural therapy as part of my own healing journey.
My work continues to evolve as I deepen my understanding of how we heal, reconnect with our worth, and step into a more empowered way of living.

I’m guided by my training in Conscious Relationship and shadow work, as well as crisis intervention and suicide prevention. I offer a strengths-based, emotion-focused approach—supporting you in processing emotions, exploring inner narratives (including unconscious beliefs), and navigating life’s challenges with the clarity that comes from a place of deep self-recognition and honouring your dignity.
I also draw from somatic-based practices, including Hakomi-informed coaching and nervous system awareness, to support your sense of groundedness, resilience, and inner alignment.

What stands out to me in the incredible stories clients share is their inherent strength and resilience, even in their lowest moments. Sometimes we lose our way in the face of self-doubt or misguided choices—the good news is that we are naturally wired to heal and transform.
For that, we need to do our inner work and tend to our body. In session, we take an honest look at:
THE HEART: How are you feeling? Are there emotions that need space, care, or acknowledgment right now?
THE BODY: What message is your body offering? How can you support your body, so it can support you in return?
THE MIND: What stories are you telling yourself? Are there unconscious beliefs shaping how you see yourself or the world?
Together, we explore and gently unpack these layers—helping you identify and feel core emotions, listen to your body’s wisdom, and uncover unconscious beliefs—so you can begin to heal, rewrite your inner narrative, and take action on what matters most to you.
